Gene Name Help

Enter gene identifiers like locus names (unc-52), sequence names (ZC101.2) or splice variant (ZC101.2g) separated by commas. You can use * as wildcard to search for multiple genes at once. Learn More

TPM: Expression values are given in transcripts per million

Tissue or Cell Type

Expression (TPM)

  • Expression values are given in transcripts per million (TPM).
  • In the expression field to specify a range use >0.5 or <0.5 or 2-10.
  • To compare relative expression levels between tissues specify x-fold difference and tissue for comparison in the following way: >10x Body wall muscle means expression in the tissue specified by the value in the pull-down menu is 'more than 10-fold higher than expression in body wall muscle'.
  • Use exact values from the drop-down menu (e.g. Body wall muscle) to specify the tissue for comparison.
